My family and I made a quick trip to Pigeon Forge for a night. This cabin was super cool and cozy. My kids had an absolute blast. Our favorite part was making s’mores by the fire and walking by the creek. The location was awesome, about 5 mins from downtown and about 15 from Dollywood. This is an awesome place to stay and would definitely come again.

The cabin was just as described and photos. I took my kids (2 teens and 1 younger) and we all had a lot of room with 3 beds and 2 baths. There is a pull out couch and futon too. We played pool; air hockey and tic tac toe indoors and we rocked in rocking chairs; swing and ate smores by the fire in the fire pit. We did pick up fire wood for the fire but the host supplied all the stuff for the smores. The cabin was clean and relaxing. The furniture is very cozy. There is also a hot tub on the side porch right off from the master bedroom for convenience and privacy. The location was great as it is right off the parkway which is quiet but yet close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It is just 4 miles to Gatlinburg so great location. It was easy to lock and unlock the cabin as well. There also a grill but we did not grill out. The host gives you soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. It definitely was a Five Star experience for us!

"This place is big and comfortable for many guests. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own separate bathroom which is nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit with our group. We would stay here again.
We had an incredibly peaceful stay at the cabin. Laura was very responsive and friendly, making our experience even better. We especially loved the little creek beside the cabin—it added such a tranquil touch to the atmosphere. The jacuzzi was a highlight as well, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We truly enjoyed our time here!

What time is check-in & check-out at Creekside Retreat?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is between $175 to $500 depending on property size. It is a “hold” on your credit card taken 3 days before you check in and released within 3 days of checkout. When you finish booking, you will be taken to a page to complete a renter agreement and security deposit. The money never leaves your bank account. It’s a hold on your card, just like when you check into a hotel. In over 1,500 stays, we’ve only held 4 security deposits and those were for unauthorized pets, illegal drug use, smoking inside, and stolen items. It may show as a “pending” charge for up to 5 business days after checkout depending on your bank’s processing time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Do you allow pets?
